Wotie is Lakota Sioux word for a sacred 'medicine' rock, like the beaded one shown on the left.
It is also the small recording label for the music of Nicholas Breeze Wood, music which is often inspired by shamanic and medicine wheel ideas - making it another kind of 'medicine rock'.
